The Philwiki Cantina is a place for the Philwiki community to get together and chat about the project. We hope it can become an informal place to talk about the project in general and to announce other discussions for the project or Philmont itself. It's not exactly a free-for-all to talk about anything; it still should be about things that matter to Philwiki, not an announcement about your favorite band. Also, discussing and arguing the details of pages or policies should be conducted at the respective talk pages, even if the idea starts here.
