Agua Fria Camp is located in the South Country portion of Philmont. It is known for having several streams running through it, hence the translation "Cold Water." In way of program there is a tour of the cabin, which includes memorabilia from Philmonts early days, and several bear skins. Its features are a red roof inn, several bridges crossing the several streams, and multiple trails exiting the camp. The streams may rise in level rapidly if it begins raining.
